I’m pleased to say that I have finally moved into my new home and have started decorating. It’s been tough as there was so much that needed doing when we moved in last week. I’ve had to skip the gym for a few weeks whilst getting organised plus the fact that we’ve moved into the middle of nowhere also means our local gym is 15 miles away.
The fact that we have amazing views across the countryside right to the Welsh hills kinda eases the pain a little. I’ve been researching and looking into new running routes the past few days to get ready for hitting the road in my new little village. It’s all very much hills and fields so I can imagine every run is going to be quite an intense workout while getting used to my surroundings.

I tried the range out for a couple of weeks to see what all the fuss was about as I know that seeing results takes time and patience. I noticed a difference in my performance during gym sessions.
