Not something I do nearly enough but I thought today I would share some of my absolute favourite Instagram fitness superstars. I love Instagram and despite the troubles we all seem to be having lately, I still use it daily and put together content just for this platform.
If you scroll through the people that I follow you’ll find most of them are fitness related. Whether its yoga instructors, running addicts or girls that lift, I have a list of highly enthusiastic and motivational people that I like to nose at on a regular basis. Not in a creepy way promise.
I also find these people incredibly relatable and they definitely spur me on to achieve my fitness goals, even on the crap days.
Have you seen her Instagram though? This girl is serious fitness goals. So much dedication and spirit when training and yes, I admit I get that little pang of jealousy at how great she looks. I also get that it takes pure hard work to get to that point and I really do not try hard enough.
Rebecca shares her fitness successes, day to day life content and some really good looking foodie images too. YUM, the perfect mix of content for someone who is interested in a healthier lifestyle with a little naughtiness too.
Cat blogs over at Imperfect Matter which is one of the top fitness blogs in the UK at the moment, having a massive interest in Yoga Cat is the perfect person to follow for a little R&R and some amazing inspirational images.
Leading an active lifestyle like this is such a dream of mine and to be able to see others enjoying the adventures too is so much fun!
This girl is on fire. I have followed for a while and she is definitely the person I find I am inspired by the most. Not only does she look incredible in literally every photograph of her ever. Caithy manages to run some mad crazy distances and looks awesome throughout the whole damn thing.
Caithy also writes on her self-titled blog about running, and shares her passions in life which includes teaching and shopping. Having an incurable degenerative disk disease she is breaking boundaries and showing that everyone can do anything they want to despite their pains.
