This is a collaborative post with Superdrug.
Spending a lot of my time running is definitely taking it’s toll on my poor feet. Think, blisters, sores, cuts, bruises the lot. So when I was asked if I’d like to try Superdrugs’ new foot care range I jumped at the chance. Anything that would help me to recover, feel comfortable and help me to relieve my poorly tootsies of their running troubles is a great thing in my eyes.
I was sent the arch supports, heel cushions and the new comfort insole to try out and with their new PORON technology they promised to help my tired feet feel better.
The new foot care range features PORON technology which Superdrug states will provide you long-lasting comfort and performance.
It manages to maintain 98% of its original thickness and performance throughout the life of your shoes as well, which is great news.
PORON also doesn’t break down unlike a lot of other comfort products which collapse with wear and time.
The range is also free of latex, PVC and additional solvents that can cause skin irritations. Particularly handy for me as a chronic eczema sufferer and other skin conditions.
I have to say my favourite was the arch support as I have narrow/curved feet and really struggle with comfortable shoes other then trainers. It was so nice to feel fully supported and know that I wasn’t going to end of with an achy foot at the end of the day. Especially considering most of my working day is spent on my feet now either at dog shows or grooming.
The arch supports work with the body’s natural shock absorption system which in turn helps to reduce fatigue and makes sure your shoes fit well. Anything to reduce foot aches and back pain is a winner really isn’t it?
Superdrugs’ new foot care range also includes comfort heel cushions, comfort insole, ball of foot cushions and comfort sore spots. They’ve pretty much got our foot care covered for the Summer haven’t they!?
